About the Coach
I’m Irving Armstrong, and soccer has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as a childhood passion turned into a mission: helping young players learn the game the right way.
Over the years, I’ve coached players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners learning their first dribble to competitive athletes preparing for higher‑level play. I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance can transform a player’s confidence and performance.
My coaching style is built on patience, clarity, and structure. I break down complex skills into simple steps, making the game easier to understand and more enjoyable to learn. I believe every player deserves a coach who listens, encourages, and teaches with purpose.
This site is my way of sharing everything I’ve learned — so players, parents, and coaches can benefit from proven strategies and practical soccer education.
Why We Coach
Soccer has always been a part of our family. While I’m no longer coaching, my passion for teaching the game lives on through my daughter, who now works directly with players here in the West Valley. Together, we share the same belief: soccer is a powerful tool for building confidence, discipline, and character.
Our goal is to help young athletes grow in a positive, supportive environment. Whether it’s learning fundamentals, improving technique, or developing game awareness, we focus on teaching the right habits and making the game enjoyable for every player.
This platform brings together my years of coaching experience and her hands‑on work with players today — so families can benefit from proven guidance, practical training, and a genuine love for the game.
